The only time an item is eligible for return is if an incorrect item was sent on the order or the item was damaged beyond use. Notification by email should be within seven days of receipt by the customer.
We will then arrange for the return of the item and thereafter a replacement will be sent in a reasonable time period, once the returned item has been received.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
